
To delete an online banking connection in MoneyCoach, open Manage Connections, open the menu for the linked bank, choose Delete Connection, and confirm the Delete Connection? dialog. This stops syncing that bank and removes the online banking link from MoneyCoach.
Important: A bank connection is not the same thing as one account in your Accounts list. Use Manage Connections when you want to remove the actual online banking link.

Step-by-step guide
- Open the Accounts tab.
- Tap the options menu in the top-right corner.
- Choose Manage Connections.
- Find the bank connection you want to remove.
- Tap the menu button for that connection.
- Choose Delete Connection.
- In the Delete Connection? confirmation dialog, tap Delete Connection.
MoneyCoach will stop syncing that bank, remove the link, and refresh your connected accounts list.
Important Details
A bank connection and a bank account are different things. One connection can include multiple connected accounts from the same bank, such as a checking account, savings account, and credit card.
Deleting the connection removes the online banking link and the connected accounts that belong to that link from MoneyCoach. Manual accounts and other bank connections are not affected.
Deleting one online banking account from the Accounts list is not the same as deleting the connection. If you only remove an account from the list, the bank link can still remain active. Use Manage Connections when your goal is to stop syncing the bank.

Related actions
Use Re-sync Connection instead of deleting if you only want MoneyCoach to re-download transactions for a linked bank. Re-syncing can bring back transactions you deleted in MoneyCoach, and newly imported transactions may use bank or default categories.
Use Renew Connection if the connection is marked Expired. An expired connection means MoneyCoach cannot sync new transactions or balances until you confirm access with your bank again.
