Account Grouping helps you keep the Accounts tab readable as your setup grows. You can create groups for things like cash, bank accounts, cards, savings, business accounts, or any other structure that makes sense to you.
TL;DR
- Create groups in Accounts > Options > New Group.
- Reorder groups and accounts in Accounts > Options > Edit.
- Use collapse/expand to keep long account lists easy to scan.

Step-by-step tutorial
Create a new group
- Open the Accounts tab.
- Tap Options.
- Tap New Group.
- Enter the group name.
- Save it.
Repeat this for as many groups as you need.
Reorder groups and accounts
- Open Accounts.
- Tap Options.
- Tap Edit.

- Drag accounts under the group where you want them to live.
- Tap Done when the order looks right.

The order you choose here is also reflected in other parts of the app that show your account list.
Rename or delete a group
- Open Accounts.
- Tap Options.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap the ellipsis button next to the group you want to change.
- Choose Edit to rename it, or Delete if you no longer need it.
Collapse or expand a group
In the Accounts list, you can collapse a group when you want a cleaner overview and expand it again when you need to work with the accounts inside it.
Common mistakes
- Creating too many overlapping groups that make navigation harder.
- Leaving group names too generic (for example, multiple unclear “Main” groups).
- Forgetting to reorder accounts after creating new groups.
A practical setup
Here is one simple structure many people use:
