How To Change My Account Email In MoneyCoach

You currently cannot change the email address connected to your MoneyCoach account inside MoneyCoach. MoneyCoach uses Sign in with Apple, so the account email is controlled by the Apple sign-in flow.

TL;DR

  • MoneyCoach currently supports account access through Sign in with Apple.
  • The email address shown for your MoneyCoach account cannot be edited directly in MoneyCoach.
  • MoneyCoach Support cannot manually change that email address for you.
  • You can still use MoneyCoach normally with the Apple account you used to sign in.

Why the email cannot be changed

MoneyCoach account access is built around Sign in with Apple. When you sign in, Apple provides the account identity that MoneyCoach uses.

Because of that, MoneyCoach does not currently have a separate email-and-password account system where you can edit the email address manually.

What you can do

If you only want to check which account is signed in:

  • Open MoneyCoach.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Open Manage Account.
  • Review the account details shown there.

If you want to use another Apple account, you would need to sign in with that Apple account instead. Before doing anything that could affect your data, make sure you understand how your MoneyCoach data is stored and synced.

Additional information

Signing in with Apple is separate from iCloud Sync. Changing the Apple ID on your device or signing in with another Apple account can affect which account features you can access, but it does not automatically merge MoneyCoach accounts or move your data between Apple accounts.
