How To Export Transactions As PDF In MoneyCoach

Export MoneyCoach data as PDF when you need a clean statement for your records, business reporting, a partner, or a tax advisor.

TL;DR

  • Use Settings / Import & Export for Advanced Export as PDF.
  • Choose accounts, transfers, and date range before exporting.
  • Use account, transaction, or report menus for context-specific PDF exports.
  • Use CSV instead if you need spreadsheet analysis.

Advanced Export as PDF

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Import & Export.
  3. In the Advanced Export section, tap Export as PDF.
  4. Select the accounts you want to include.
  5. Choose whether transfers should be included.
  6. Select the period or custom date range.
  7. Tap Done.
  8. Use the share sheet to save, AirDrop, print, or send the PDF file.

Other PDF export locations

Export accounts list as PDF

  1. Open the Accounts card from Overview or open Accounts.
  2. Tap the More button.
  3. Choose Export as PDF.
  4. Save or share the file from the share sheet.

This is useful when you need a quick account list with balances and currencies.

Export transactions for one account as PDF

  1. Open Accounts.
  2. Tap the account you want to inspect.
  3. Tap the More button.
  4. Choose Export as PDF.
  5. Save or share the file from the share sheet.

Export all visible transactions as PDF

  1. Open Transactions.
  2. Tap the More button.
  3. Choose Export as PDF.
  4. Save or share the file from the share sheet.

Export report data as PDF

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Open Transactions by Category or another supported report.
  3. Apply any filters you need.
  4. Tap the share button.
  5. Choose Export as PDF.
  6. Save or share the file from the share sheet.

The export follows the report view and filters you selected.

Additional information

PDF export is best for review and sharing. If you want to sort, filter, calculate, or combine the data with another spreadsheet, use CSV export.
