To find out how much you have paid for a subscription this year, last year, or in total, use the Subscription Insights report in MoneyCoach.
Step-by-step guide
- Open Reports
- Tap Subscription Insights
- Tap Select a repeating transaction
- Choose the repeating expense you want to inspect, such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Spotify, or another subscription
- Review Total this year, Total last year, Total lifetime, and Transactions Count
- Tap any insight row to open the matching transactions
- Tap Change Transaction if you want to inspect a different subscription
Subscription Insights works from the selected repeating transaction and its generated child transactions. If you do not see the subscription you want, first add it as a repeating transaction.
This report is useful because it shows the true cost of recurring payments over time. Seeing the yearly and lifetime totals can help you decide whether a subscription is still worth keeping.
