Introducing Account Grouping

We are super excited to announce the release of Account Grouping in MoneyCoach v9.7. This is a feature that has been requested by many users and we are happy to deliver it to you. We built it in a way that is easy to use and understand and can scale and adapt to your needs. We hope you like it as much as we do.

What does Account Grouping do?

You can now group your accounts anyway you want. For example, you can group all your credit cards in one place or all your bank accounts in one place or all your cash accounts in one place. This is even better when you use family sync as you can create and group accounts specific to each family member.

⚠️ Important for Family Sync Users ☁️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Please update all your devices to the latest version of MoneyCoach to ensure that sync works correctly. Every user that is part of the Family Sync must update their devices to the latest version 9.7 or later.

Why?
In order for us to build this feature, we had to make some changes to the database structure. This means that older versions of MoneyCoach will not be able to sync with the new version.
