The release of MoneyCoach V could have been better as we were confronted with some unexpected bugs from working with beta software. We heard all of your reports (and complaints) and we haven’t slept since. Hopefully, this new update will fix those pesky bugs that crashed the app in various places on iOS 12 and iOS 13.
If you are experiencing any issues, let us know by submitting a support ticket or via email at info[at]moneycoach-app.com. If everything is working as it should, please consider leaving a new positive review for the app or updating your old one. It helps our small team a lot.
Another thing I want to mention is that we share real-time information about what is going on with the app, any problems, any bugs and updates on when new stuff is coming on Twitter. So follow us on Twitter to always know what is happening with MoneyCoach.
We received a couple of reports about an infinite FaceID unlock loop, meaning that you couldn’t access the app if you are using FaceID to unlock MoneyCoach. It has been hard finding out which users are affected due to the convoluted iOS gold and beta releases. If you are affected by this bug, there’s an easy fix. Just deactivate FaceID on your device, unlock MoneyCoach via your Passcode, deactivate FaceID in the app’s settings and after that, you can reactivate FaceID again on your device. Know that we are investigating this issue and a fix will be released in the near future.
